Our tamales are already cooked and shipped frozen to you. Just heat them for 30-40 minutes in a steamer or for a few minutes in a microwave oven. They will be moist and succulent as if they had been freshly made on the spot.  Tamales need to be shipped overnight to ensure freshness.
